The Laramie Group focuses exclusively on the recruitment and selection of middle managers and most professional staff roles. At The Laramie Group, we take a strategic approach for each assignment that allows us to uncover, recruit, and present the highest caliber talent. We realize that each and every search is different and to be successful, we must put together a customized search strategy to go along with our defined search process. As projects are kicked off, The Laramie Team - a Consultant and Recruiter - will work closely with both HR and the hiring manager to understand and develop position specifications, clarify and articulate the value proposition both for the role and the organization, refine targeting and sourcing strategies and outline compensation requirements. The result is a highly structured recruitment process that provides Laramie clients with the value of a retained executive search, without the fully retained fee structure.

We will always source, recruit, and present candidates until an offer is made and accepted.

Our approach will include:

  • Direct Research:
    Direct research is the cornerstone of our process and results in the identification of over half our final candidates on any given search. Working in a strategic partnership with our clients, Laramie will develop and execute on a targeted research strategy that identifies not just the best available talent but the best talent - period.

  • Supplemental Contact and Sourcing Strategies:
    As projects begin and needs arise, Laramie will also make use of its extensive database, web-based data mining, vertical trade and affinity associations, social networks and the highest quality job boards.

  • Formal Candidate Assessment:
    If desired, candidates can be assessed using the same basic tools used within Kensington International's Executive Search Practice
